Implementation of the diagnostic-procedural simulator equipment for the NEWA anti-aircraft missile system.
The Air Force Institute of Technology is a research institute supervised by the Minister of National Defense. The Institute’s mission is scientific and provides research support for the operation of aviation technology. Implementation at ITWL consisted of providing equipment and construction of a diagnostic and procedural simulator for the anti-aircraft missile system NEWA used to train operators of such launchers in the Polish Army. The project consisted of performing a real launcher on a 1: 1 scale and mapping the control system of this launcher. Visualization of mechanical elements takes place on 27″ and 19″ touch screens. The visualization of the projectile launch is carried out on a 92″ video touch screen (V-WALL MOBILE). The system is fully mobile. It can be easily transported from a training location to a military training ground, for example. The implementation was possible thanks to cooperation with our partner Digtalia.
