Videofonika made and installed a 55-inch V-SCREEN touchscreen monitor in a hotel in the heart of Krakow’s Old Town. In conjunction with the iLumio hotel software, the monitor acts as an info kiosk for guests to find local attractions, provide directions to the location and generally plan their stay in Krakow. Locating the monitor in the hotel lobby near the reception facilitated communication with hotel guests and improved the quality of customer service.
